Creamy Parmesan Salad
Next time you have a salad, make it with romaine. Not only does the light green lettuce have high fi ber and high water contents, so you feel fuller faster and longer, it’s also an excellent source of vitamin A.
Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, buttermilk, Dijon, lemon juice, garlic, salt, Worcestershire, and pepper in a large bowl.
Toss romaine with dressing and top with pepper and Parmesan.
