A simple garlic bread made from store-bought ciabatta rolls is a great side dish for any saucy pasta. We used “take-and-bake” rolls here, but any ciabatta rolls will work.

Preheat oven to 450°.

Combine butter, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic for the garlic butter; season with salt.

Spread garlic butter onto cut sides of rolls. Sandwich roll halves back together and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake rolls until golden and butter melts, about 8 minutes.
