Chipotle-Maple Black Beans
Black beans are a staple in the kitchen, but sometimes it's tricky to decide what flavors to add. Our recipe solves that problem. These spicy-sweet black beans make the perfect side dish for burgers.
You can make these beans in a cast-iron skillet right on your grill.
Sauté onion in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute.
Deglaze skillet with vinegar and bring to a boil. Add beans, maple syrup, ketchup, chiles, mustard, and Worcestershire; simmer 10 minutes. Season beans with salt.
