Cheesy Naan with Cilantro
Soak up every last drop with a side of naan topped with farmer’s cheese and fresh cilantro. It’s just right, but you might want to make extra, just in case. Naan [NAHN] is an Indian flatbread. Look for it in the bakery of your grocery store, or with the frozen foods. Pita bread is a good substitute.
Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element.
Rub garlic clove over broiled side of naan, then sprinkle with cheese. Broil naan until cheese melts, 2 minutes; garnish with cilantro.
