Calico Beans with Bacon & Kielbasa

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook bacon in a Dutch oven until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Drain all but 2 Tbsp. drippings. Add kielbasa and brown over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Add onions and garlic; sauté until beginning to soften, 23 minutes.

Stir in pork and beans, kidney beans, green beans, butter beans, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and bacon.

Bake beans, covered, until bubbly and heated through, about 45 minutes.
