Baby Kale Salad with Cajun Ranch Dressing

With a homemade ranch dressing and spicy Cajun croutons, this quick and easy salad will let the good times roll.

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine butter, oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic salt; toss with cubed rolls. Spread croutons on a baking sheet; bake until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.

Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, dill, chives, vinegar, and fresh garlic for the dressing; season with salt and black pepper.

Toss together kale, celery, and bell pepper; drizzle with dressing. Top salads with croutons.
