Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high; add mushrooms and sauté until beginning to brown, 45 minutes.

Add asparagus to skillet and cook, stirring often, until asparagus is crisptender and mushrooms are golden, about 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more.

Off heat, stir in walnuts, tarragon, zest, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
