Our Asian Broth recipe makes great base for soups with Asian elements. Use egg noodles, vegetables, or your favorite protein to make a complete dish.

Combine broth, leek, gingerroot, fish sauce, sugar, mushrooms, chiles, lemon grass, and zest in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Strain into a bowl, discard solids, and return broth to the pan. Keep both warm until ready to use.
