Asian Broccoli with garlic
This simple broccoli side dish is not only super easy to whip up, but it packs a major flavor punch from sesame oil, garlic, and soy sauce. Just 20 minutes and five ingredients is all this side dish takes.
To roast the broccoli and Sesame-Crusted Salmon at the same time, position the broccoli on the bottom rack and the salmon on the top rack.
Preheat oven to 450° with rack in lowest position. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Whisk together canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper flakes.
