Make it with Greek yogurt instead of plain, so it doesn’t separate or get watery

Instructions

Strain cucumber through a fine-mesh sieve to remove excess liquid. Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, onion, and zest; season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve.
