Spicy Roasted Chile Salsa
With roasted jalapeño and habañero chiles, this salsa is hot and flavorful, so just a little goes a long way.
Roast jalapeños, habañeros, and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat, turning frequently, until soft and darkened in spots, 10–15 minutes.
Transfer chiles and garlic to a plate as they are done and let cool. Wearing gloves, seed and remove stems from chiles. Remove skins from garlic.
Pulse chiles, garlic, and lime juice in a small food processor until finely chopped; season with salt and pepper.
