Hot Brown Dip

Hot Brown Dip

This Hot Brown dip is a nod to the delicious Hot Brown sandwich, which was created at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky and has become a local favorite. It consists of sliced turkey topped with Mornay sauce and Parmesan, then gets broiled until hot and bubbly.

With or without bourbon, this dip is outrageously good. Rich and cheesy, whether served as a side or an app, it will be gone in minutes.
