Grilled Tomato Salsa
Add a summery twist and a slightly smoky flavor to standard salsa by grilling the vegetables.
Preheat grill to medium. Brush grill grate with oil.
Grill tomatoes until lightly charred and softened, about 4 minutes. Grill jalapeños and onion until blistered, charred, and softened, about 12 minutes. Let vegetables cool slightly. Gently remove skin and stem from jalapeños and root from onion; transfer to a food processor.
Pulse tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, cilantro, and lime juice until coarse; season with salt and black pepper.
