Test Kitchen Tip

For best results, look for tuna that’s been individually quick frozen (IQF).

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sambal oelek, vinegar, and grated ginger in a bowl. Toss in tuna, ½ cup scallions, and ½ tsp. sesame seeds; refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Sauté riced cauliflower in olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until heated through; divide between two bowls.

Divide tuna mixture, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and pickled ginger between bowls; top with sesame seeds and scallions.

Cutting the tuna into small pieces makes it easier to eat and allows the marinade to flavor every bite.

For ease of eating, chop the spiralized cucumbers into shorter pieces before adding to the bowl.
