Mix up burger night with this delicious Thai twist. Start with ground pork and add ginger, scallions, and chili garlic sauce. Then top the juicy burgers with a sesame peanut sauce for a an unforgettable burger. Be sure to check out the side dish, Chayote Slaw, for even more Thai flavor.

The traditional peanut sauce in this recipe is very versatile. You can pair it with all sorts of foods to give them a bit of Southeast Asian flavor.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
For the peanut sauce, whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic.
For the burgers, pulse pork, ginger, scallions, and chili garlic sauce in a food processor until combined. Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Grill patties, covered, until well done, 4 minutes per side.
Assemble burgers on buns with Chayote Slaw and peanut sauce.
Remove the skin without wasting any ginger by scraping it with a spoon instead of a knife or peeler.
For sauce with a smooth consistency, thoroughly whisk together peanut butter and the other ingredients.
To enhance the flavor of the pork, use a food processor to mix in ginger and scallions.
