Instructions
Bring broth, 6 cups water, chili garlic sauce, and salt
to a boil over medium-high heat in a large Dutch oven.
Partially cover; reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer
for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook for 1 minute.
Add dumplings and bok choy. Cook until dumplings
are heated through and bok choy is crisp-tender,
about 8 minutes. Top with green onion, if desired.
