Instructions

Cook fries according to package directions.

Sauté steak in oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until cooked through, 4 minutes; transfer to a bowl and keep warm.

Add mushrooms to pan and sauté 3 minutes; stir in onion and cook 3 minutes. Add garlic and tomato paste; cook 1 minute, then sprinkle in flour and cook 1 minute.

Deglaze pan with sherry, scraping up any brown bits, then add broth and Worcestershire. Simmer gravy until thickened, 3 minutes.

Off heat, stir in steak, cheese curds, sour cream, and parsley; season with salt and pepper.

Divide fries and steak mixture evenly between tortillas, then roll burrito-style.
