Preheat grill to medium. Brush grill grate with oil.

For the mustard, combine mustard and preserves.

For the relish, combine pineapple, onion, tomato, and cilantro.

For the hot dogs, grill hot dogs to desired doneness. Grill buns until lightly toasted, 1 minute.
