Florentine-style Strip Steaks
Deceptively simple, decidedly extraordinary, a steakhouse favorite comes home; dripping with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fresh herbs, they’re five-star all the way. It doesn’t get any better than this.
It’s important to allow the steaks to rest in the flavorful oil for at least 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper, then grill, covered, to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Combine oil and herbs on a large platter. Transfer steaks to platter and let rest 5 minutes, turning occasionally to coat with oil and herbs. Drizzle steaks with vinegar before serving.
