Dill Havarti Grilled Cheese
These ooey, gooey grilled cheeses may just be the best you've ever had. The combination of cream cheese and dill havarti makes for a super-creamy filling that's enhanced by the fresh dill inside.
Preheat oven to 250°.
Spread 1 tsp. mayonnaise onto one side of bread slices (¼ cup).
Combine cream cheese with remaining ¼ cup mayonnaise. Spread 2 tsp. cream cheese mixture onto other side of each bread slice; top half with ⅓ cup Havarti, ½ tsp. dill, and remaining bread slices, mayonnaise-side up, to enclose.
Cook 1–2 sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side; transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven to keep warm. Repeat cooking remaining sandwiches. Sprinkle sandwiches with salt.
