This stick-to-your-ribs dish is the perfect quick comfort food recipe. And when you use store-bought noodles, you’ll have a full meal in no time.

Instructions

Heat oil and butter in a sauté pan over medium-high. Stir in mushrooms, carrot, potato, and leeks; cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and flour; cook 1 minute, scraping up any brown bits. Stir in broth and noodles; simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.

Add chicken and peas and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes; stir in dill and chives. Season chicken and noodles with salt and pepper.
