Cajun Grilled Shrimp

The shrimp will cook very quickly, so make sure your grill is hot before you add them.


Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.

Combine oil, granulated garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne for the spice paste.

Toss shrimp with spice paste.

Grill shrimp, covered, just until opaque, about 2 minutes per side.


To leave the tails on, pinch them while peeling the shrimp. The tails make for a pretty presentation.
