Instructions

For the ketchup, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco; season with celery salt.

For the buns, brush tops of buns with egg white; sprinkle with celery seeds, celery salt, and pepper. Before serving, grill buns until lightly toasted.

Serve hot dogs in buns topped with ketchup, olives, pickles, and celery leaves.
