Test Kitchen Tip

Frank’s makes both a wing sauce and a hot sauce. The wing sauce is a toned-down version of the hot sauce as there’s butter flavor added.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450° with a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray inside.

Heat hot sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium until butter melts. Off heat, stir in chicken until coated.

Combine panko, Parmesan, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne in a shallow dish. Remove chicken from sauce, letting excess drip off, then coat in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. Transfer nuggets to prepared baking sheet and coat with nonstick spray.

Bake nuggets 10 minutes, flip, then continue baking 10 minutes more. Serve nuggets with ranch and celery sticks.

To ensure the coating sticks, let the excess sauce drip off, then pat the chicken into the panko mixture.
