Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel
and then wrap in foil. Place in oven
until warmed, about 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large
saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and hoisin sauce; cook,
stirring occasionally, until heated
through, about 5 minutes.
Stir together carrot, chopped
cilantro, salt, pepper, and remaining
1½ teaspoons oil in a small bowl.
Serve chicken in warmed tortillas
with carrot mixture.
