Instructions
Purée 1½ cups water, 1 cup
mango, lemon juice, and honey
in a blender or food processor;
transfer to a pitcher. Refrigerate
mango purée until ready to serve.
Heat remaining 2 cups water in
a saucepan to a boil. Add sugar
and stir until dissolved. Off heat,
add tea bags and 2 mint sprigs;
steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags
and let sweet tea cool to room
temperature; discard mint.
Stir sweet tea into mango purée
until combined.
Serve Mango Arnold Palmer in
ice-filled glasses; garnish with
mint and mango.
