Cool and super refreshing, this sangría can be non-alcoholic, too. Substitute white grape juice or lemon-lime soda for the wine.

Mix concentrate and wine in a large pitcher. Add frozen berries and lemon slices; cover and chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in club soda.
