Fresh Tomato Bloody Mary
Once you take a sip of this Fresh Tomato Bloody Mary, you may never want to go back to the store-bought mixes again.
Purée tomatoes, chopped celery, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire, celery salt, and pepper in a blender; strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing solids to extract as much juice as possible. Discard solids.
Stir in vodka. Season Bloody Mary with Tabasco and horseradish; serve over ice.
