Aperol Veneziano

Drinks

Aperol Veneziano

This Aperol Veneziano is a classic Italian aperitif of bitter Aperol, Prosecco and a splash of club soda. Technically, this cocktail is a spritz, which is an Italian wine-based cocktail commonly served before a meal to cleanse the palate and stimulate one's appetite. It's a light and refreshing low-alcohol drink, perfect for sipping on a warm day.
