Preheat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla with a hand mixer on low speed to combine. Increase speed to high; beat until mixture is fluffy and lighter in color.

Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture until no flour is visible. Stir in chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and cranberries; cover and chill dough at least 1 hour. Drop dough using a #20 scoop (3 Tbsp.) onto prepared baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.

Bake cookies until lightly brown around edges, 1214 minutes. Let cookies sit on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
