Spicy, salty and sweet, this brown sugar bacon is an easy treat that you simply have to try. When coating bacon with glaze, remove pan from heat if the syrup starts to burn.

Fry bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain bacon on a paper-towel-lined plate; pour off drippings in skillet.

Add sugar, vinegar, and cayenne to skillet; simmer over medium heat, 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low, return bacon to pan, and turn strips until they're coated with glaze.
