Strawberry, Kiwi & Banana Salad with Dry-Roasted Peanuts
This easy fruit salad recipe makes great use of fresh fruits like strawberries, kiwi, and bananas in a breakfast side dish. Make the fruit salad ahead so it’s ready to serve with the congee, but wait to add the banana until right before serving.
