Instructions

Heat water and almond milk in a saucepan over medium-high to a boil. Stir in oats and salt; cook according to package directions. Remove oats from heat and let stand a few minutes to thicken.

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.

Place eggs in a saucepan; cover with water by one inch. Bring water to a simmer and cook eggs 4 minutes; remove pan from heat. Drain water; rinse eggs in cool water 30–60 seconds, then peel.

Divide oats between two bowls; top with egg, bacon, blueberries, and strawberries. Serve bowls with pecans and maple syrup
