Pimento Cheese with Jalapeño

Pimento cheese is a classic Southern party spread — so why not slather it on freshly-baked buttermilk biscuits for a true Southern breakfast? Although this spread isn’t that spicy, if you’re sensitive to heat, look for mild pickled jalapeños, or substitute with additional sliced pimentos.
