Cranberry-Orange Granola
Get your morning going with a granola filled with tiny bites of sweet-tart dried cranberries, crisp coconut, citrusy orange marmalade, and a sprinkling of warm spices. It tastes divine served with creamy vanilla yogurt and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Toast oats and walnuts on two separate baking sheets until golden and fragrant, 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat brown sugar, marmalade, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, zest, orange juice, and salt in a skillet over medium until sugar dissolves, 3–4 minutes.
Toss oats, walnuts, cranberries, and coconut flakes with brown sugar mixture until coated; arrange on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake granola until golden brown, 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Press granola into clumps, if desired; let cool on baking sheet.
Serve granola with yogurt and raspberries; store in an airtight container.

Adding marmalade to the mix creates a viscous syrup to coat the granola, which keeps it crisp.
