Breakfast Burritos

Breakfast burritos make great portable breakfasts for those on-the-go mornings where you need something filling and nutritious fast. They can be filled with just about anything; here, we used classic fillings like bacon, Cheddar, hash browns, and eggs. In only 30 minutes, you can have four delicious breakfast burritos in hands and be out the door.

Cook hash browns in a nonstick skillet in reserved drippings over medium-high heat until crisp, 810 minutes; transfer to a plate. Reduce heat to medium.

Whisk together eggs and cream; season with salt and pepper. Add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring, just until set, about 3 minutes. Off heat, sprinkle cheese over top of eggs.

Divide eggs among tortillas; top with hash browns, pico de gallo, bacon, and avocado. Roll burritos to enclose, then cut in half.
