Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.

Combine oil, granulated garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne for the spice paste.

Toss shrimp with spice paste.

Grill shrimp, covered, just until opaque, about 2 minutes per side.
