How to Make Homemade Frozen Citrus Concentrate

Make your own canned juice concentrate with this quick DIY recipe. It's the perfect amount for this week's lemonade pie!
- Heat ¾ cup sugar and ½ cup hot water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Stir in ? cup strained fresh lemon juice. Transfer liquid to a loaf pan or other freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze until solid.
