Cook prosciutto in 2 tsp. oil in a sauté pan until crisp, 3–4 minutes; drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.

Combine cantaloupe, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto. Whisk together 2 Tbsp. oil and vinegar, then toss with cantaloupe mixture. Season salad with salt and pepper.
