Collard greens taste like a cross between cabbage and kale, and make a hearty topper for these Southern Veggie Burgers.

Instructions

Sauté onions and pepper flakes in oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until onions soften, 3 minutes. Stir in collards until starting to wilt; add broth. Simmer collards until tender, 810 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes and vinegar, then season with salt.
