Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°.

Arrange tomatoes in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle oil on tomatoes and season with salt and pepper; bake 10 minutes.

Combine Parmesan, zest, and parsley; sprinkle onto tomatoes and bake 10 minutes more
