Heat turkey, orange juice, ¼ cup onion, cumin, and chile powder in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high until juice is absorbed, about 5 minutes; transfer to a bowl.

Heat oil in same skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Return turkey mixture to skillet in an even layer. Cook without stirring until turkey begins to crisp, about 5 minutes; stir. Continue to cook, crisp, and stir turkey mixture until desired crispness; stir in zests and season with salt and pepper.

Fill tortillas with turkey carnitas, avocado, onion, cilantro, and salsa; squeeze lime over top.
