Instructions

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a hand mixer until smooth.

Stir in bacon, Cheddar, jalapeños, shallots, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Serve dip with chips.

Variation: Dill Pickle Dip

BEAT:
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
1 cup mayonnaise
STIR IN:
1½ cups chopped dill pickles
2 Tbsp. minced shallots
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a hand mixer until smooth.
