|1||avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed|
|1⁄2||cup sour cream|
|1⁄4||cup chopped fresh cilantro|
|2||tsp. lime juice|
|1||tsp. minced garlic|
|salt to taste|
Per 1 Tbsp: 36 cal; 3g total fat (1g sat); 5mg chol; 4mg sodium; 1g total carbs (0g sugars); 1g fiber; 1g protein
Combine avocado, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl until blended. Cover crema and chill until serving.
