No Mess Pounding Chicken

If you've had a problem in the past with chicken breasts tearing when you pound them, try this tip for keeping them intact.

To keep boneless, skinless chicken breasts from tearing when you pound them to tenderize or stuff, try this tip. Wet the inside of a gallon freezer bag with a little water, then place one or two breasts inside. The water keeps the meat from sticking and tearing, plus there's no mess. And the thickness of the bag makes it less likely to tear than regular plastic wrap.
