How to Safely Store Lids for Slow Cookers and Pots/Pans
Here's a great tip for convenient and safe overhead storage of items with lids such as slow cookers and pot and pans.
Overhead storage in the kitchen is great for appliances that you may not use too often. To prevent the lid of your slow cooker from falling off, use a rubber band. Invert the lid and secure a large rubber band over both the handles. Now you can safely store the appliance on high shelves.
