Cutting Bell Peppers

Get a clean cut when slicing peppers into thin strips, also known as julienne, with this quick tip.

It's best to julienne (thinly slice) bell peppers from the inside. Sometimes the pepper’s thick skin is tough to cut. The inside is tender and keeps the shape of the pepper without breaking the ends.
