Peel and remove the white pith from the outsides of the grapefruit and oranges. Working over a bowl to catch the juices, carefully slice each piece of fruit close to the thin tissue that outlines both sides of its segments.

Add citrus segments to juices in the bowl. Toss fruit with honey.

Garnish salad with mint.
