Angel Hair Pasta with Spinach
A speedy pasta side dish is all any meal needs to make it restaurant quality. With a creamy Parmesan sauce, fresh spinach, lemon, and the crunch of walnuts, this 10-minute vegetarian pasta couldn't be more flavorful-or easier to get to the table.

The heat of the hot cooked pasta is enough to wilt the fresh spinach.
Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
Whisk together cream, Parmesan, butter, and zest in a large bowl; season with salt, black pepper, and pepper flakes, then add spinach.
Add pasta and reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing until spinach wilts. Garnish servings with walnuts.
