No Panini Press?

If you don’t have a panini press, you can still make this sandwich. Use a grill pan or cast-iron skillet to toast up the wraps until golden brown.

Instructions

Preheat panini press to medium.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion begins to soften, 3 minutes.

Stir in pork, broth, cumin, oregano, and zest; simmer 5 minutes.

Assemble wraps by placing 1 cup cheese onto each tortilla; top with ham, mustard, pork mixture, and pickles. Roll tortillas like a burrito, enclosing the ends.

Coat wraps with nonstick spray. Place wraps onto panini press and cook until golden, 3 minutes.
