Lunch / Dinner
The pork Cubano Wrap — chopped pork, deli ham, pickles, and mustard — is a delectable twist for your pork leftovers. If you've run out of ideas and still have Christmas or Easter ham to use, this tangy, crunchy sandwich will get the party started all over again.
No Panini Press?
If you don’t have a panini press, you can still make this sandwich. Use a grill pan or cast-iron skillet to toast up the wraps until golden brown.
Preheat panini press to medium.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion begins to soften, 3 minutes.
Stir in pork, broth, cumin, oregano, and zest; simmer 5 minutes.
Assemble wraps by placing 1 cup cheese onto each tortilla; top with ham, mustard, pork mixture, and pickles. Roll tortillas like a burrito, enclosing the ends.
Coat wraps with nonstick spray. Place wraps onto panini press and cook until golden, 3 minutes.
